🔸Organisations

Read more about how organizations work in Rubick OS. This section will help you understand creation of an organization, joining an organization, and different roles in an organization.

Overview

An organization is the first block of OS. All the product information, orders in Flow, and intelligence in Intel are stored at an organizational level. Your organization is the place for you to manage your team, clients, and point of contact, and access client dashboards. Organization ensures that all the data is access controlled and provides 100% transparency to all the users.

Creation of an Organization

An organization can only be created by an Admin. Organization details include the name, contact details, and billing details (if needed). Created organizations are accessible on the top left section of Rubick OS.

Roles

Roles help in creating access control within the organization. Each role has certain roles, and access restrictions and helps in creating easy workflows by onboarding users in their roles. One user can only be allowed one role. These roles are critical piece in the Flow to create custom workflows to track work.

Joining an Organization

A user can join any organization only on an invite from the Admin or the Account Manager. The admin will have to enter the email of the user and select a role for the user and send an invite. Users can accept the invitation to join a particular organization. Read the full process on the below page.

Clients and POCs

Organizations in Rubick OS can be created for one single client or house multiple clients. Each client will have a dashboard that helps the team track and monitor their tasks and data. OS can also enable access to clients to provide them with 100% transparency on the work.
