Clients and POCs

This section explains how clients and POCs works in Rubick OS.

Overview

Every organization can be created either for one client or multiple clients. This helps segregate the work in Flow and provides visibility to the work done for the clients. Each client can have one or more POCs added and they will have access to the platform as viewers to track the progress and assess metrics on their dedicated dashboard.

Add a client

The addition of clients is a simple process on Rubick OS. The admins will have access to onboard new clients with their information. The admin will need the client logo, client display name, client registered name, address, tax information (GST, TAN), and point of contact for the company.

Only admins can add clients

Add a POC

One client could have multiple POCs for different projects. There is no need to create multiple clients. Instead, the admin can continue to add more POCs for the same organization. The admin will need the name of the POC, email, phone number, designation, and department.

Client Dashboard

Rubick OS is built to provide 100% visibility and transparency to all the stakeholders. Each client has a dedicated dashboard where they can track order status in Flow, revenue and billing summaries, and the overall productivity of the team working in an easily understandable way.
