This section talks about how to configure onboard

Overview

Rubick OS Onboard can be configured in two ways -

i. We can crawl your websites (Just like how Google does for search results)

ii. We can connect to your backend system (PIM/eCommerce Store)

Both processes require a one-time effort to set up crawlers or API integration. Based on your convenience, the details below will help with the details needed.

Add your primary domain

The first step is adding your primary domain to the website. This will help us set up the crawlers to fetch the information actively. You can add details by clicking on add a new website, and that's all. Our team will notify you once the configuration is complete.

Add your subdomains and regional domains

Do you have multiple subdomains or regional domains?

You can add more links associated with your primary domain for our setup. These websites could be subdomains or different websites to sync across regions.

Add your brand partners

Connect your brand partners to Onboard by providing their website. Our integrations with Shopify, PIM Core, and many other platforms will enable the sync of data to our PIM seamlessly.

Configure your preferences

You can also configure your preferences to sync data. You can choose daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly as per your need.
