Our PIM acts as a data storage layer to enable intelligence and cataloging applications of Rubick OS. We have multiple options to sync your data, from integrations to manual Excel uploads.
Rubick OS allows three ways to import data to PIM.
Integrations
Rubick OS has preconfigured integrations with eCommerce stores like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce and PIM systems like PIMCore and Plytix. You can use these as connectors to sync Rubick OS and your systems.
We also have APIs available to drive direct integration with your ERP or your backend system. Our API integration is easy to use and is set up only to authorize, fetch your data, and push your data back to your systems.

Data Crawl
We can also set crawlers on your sites to collect all the required information from your website. However, this is limited to data available on your website, and we can't fetch inactive or draft stage products, unlike integrations. We can do this for any number of sites in any region. This includes a one-time setup cost for all the crawlers.
To ease your worry, this is also completely legal, and we don't play in the grey area. Our activity is similar to what Google does to deliver its search results.
Excel Upload
If none of the above works, we can also enable an option to upload your data through an Excel sheet. We will help your team in the initial configuration of the Excel Sheet but this activity has to be taken up by your team. We recommend you consider integrating with store connectors or APIs as the chances of error in the data are reduced.
Rubick OS stores all the data in its cloud storage system. We utilise Google and AWS cloud storage to keep your data safe. To track and provide historical analysis, we store data from the day of engagement till the day of termination. We will wipe all your data once the contract is terminated.
We don't use your data to train our models or share it with any other clients. All data access to your account will be restricted for your use only. You will be able to export the entire data set anytime you want it.
