How to Navigate Rubick OS Onboard

This section will explain the usage of Onboard and its key features.

Overview

Rubick OS Onboard is an application that connects to your database to fetch and store all the product information. The application hosts a PIM enabled with unified SKU architecture that allows us to handle multi-category data consolidating in one single place. This also houses the SKU intelligence generated by Rubick AI.

Know the SKU Editor

The product data is displayed in a familiar view of Excel called the SKU editor. This has the same design as an Excel sheet, with columns indicating the attributes or type of data, rows indicating the SKUs, and each cell having the respective data. The SKU editor has features like adding an extra column, undoing/redoing any action, filtering the data with advanced filters and creating its own view with a few select columns.

Create your Own View

Our PIM is built to work for multiple categories. We support categories from L1 to L7, but this can also clutter the overall view of the SKUs. To declutter, you can create your own view by choosing the column headers, rearranging them as needed, and saving the view for reuse.

Below are the steps to creating a view:

1. Click on the visible columns dropdown (refer to screenshot)

2. Select the headers needed.

3. Click on the Save View button and save it with a name

4. Rearrange the columns if needed after saving the view for ease of navigation

Creating and switching to a view

Below are the steps for accessing a view:

1. Click on the drop-down on the top left (refer to screenshot)

2. Select the views from the list available

3. The view will change to the selected view.

Filter your Data

Rubick OS is built to handle the scale of millions of products, but we are designed to be used by Enterprise. To enable easy access to data, we have advanced filters to filter from category to brand to every other attribute being stored in PIM. You can also filter the data based on the Intelligence available for your products.

Rubick OS stores all your product information in a format where you can modify it. You can see the details of your product, your sellers, your competitors, and a detailed SKU intel report along with all the reviews.

Export Data

Rubick OS is only the custodian of your data. You export all your data whenever you want. Data can be exported to an Excel file.
