Getting started with Rubick OS is very simple. Before that, let's understand the hierarchy of how access works in Rubick OS.

Organization helps in consolidating activities on OS for clients and accounts. This also helps in managing teams and types of work. Organisations can only be created by admins and the rest of the team is added using invites.

🔸Organisations

Ask for an invite

If you already don't have an invite from your admin or account manager to join a particular organization, please ask your team to send an invite.

Accept the invite

a. You will receive your invite using the email ID given to your admin/account manager. Ensure that you provide the correct mail ID.

b. If you are previously logged in to any other organization, ensure you are logged out before joining a new organization.

c. Click on the button to accept Invite or URL to redirect to the Rubick OS login page. (Add the mail screenshot below)

Authentication and Login

Auth0 manages our state-of-the-art user authentication. All logins are access-controlled; users can only log in from their invited email IDs. One user is allowed to have only one role in an organisation.

You can log in using :

a. email registered by your team, either using the Google sign-on or a combination of email and password.

If you are a first-time user:

b. You will find a pop-up inviting you to join an organization. Accept the invite to log into your organization. (Screenshot to be added)

c. Accept the invite to access Rubick.
