Flow is an application that enables users to create orders, design custom approval workflows, and use AI to create catalogs and generate content. This application helps streamline operations by creating easy-to-view dashboards and provides 100% transparency to all the stakeholders.
Orders are a key component in the Flow. Each batch of work is uploaded to Flow using an Excel sheet or Flow the SKUs through PIM. For transparency, accountability, and tracking, each order is assigned to an account manager, client and a client POC along with Turn-Around-Time (TAT).
Each order can also be assigned a detailed custom built workflow depending on your organisational requirement. These sequential workflows help task status for everyone involved in the order.

The product data is displayed in a familiar view of Excel called the SKU editor. This has the same design as an Excel sheet, with columns indicating the attributes or type of data, rows indicating the SKUs, and each cell having the respective data. The SKU editor has features like adding an extra column, undoing/redoing any action, filtering the data with advanced filters and creating its view with a few select columns.
The proprietary AI engine of the Rubick OS helps fasten catalog enrichment and content generation. Using the open-source LLM models, we can give the product attributes from images, edit millions of images with a single click, generate content with guidelines, tone, etc and translate the content to 50+ languages.
